My deepest sympathy to the Cisneros family for the loss of Shorty and Chago. My parents lived nest door to the Cisneros family on W. Washington St., in the early 70's. I also worked with Shorty at Cameron County Title. Shorty and Chago were wonderful friends to my family. My deepest condolences.
