Abelardo Longoria

Abelardo Longoria, 73, a life time resident of Brownsville, passed to his eternal rest on Tuesday, August 21, 2018.

His parents Luis Longoria and Paula Canul Longoria; sisters, Filomena Longoria, Juanita Longoria and Zenida Longoria preceded him in death.

Mr. Longoria is survived by his wife, Maria Longoria; daughters, Anita Longoria and Deborah Tovar (Francisco); sisters, Beatriz Longoria Cortez, Ofelia Farrar and a grandson, Matthew Tovar.

Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 23, 2018, with a rosary scheduled for 7:00 p.m. in the evening in the East Chapel of Darling-Mouser Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, August 24, 2018 at Our Lady of Good Counsel. Burial will follow at Buena Vista Burial Park .
