Cristina Candanoza Del Bosque

Cristina Candanoza Del Bosque, aged 87, went home to be with the LORD on Tuesday, May 29, 2018.

Cristina was born in 1930, in San Nicolas, Tamps., Mexico, the daughter of Leocadio and San Juanita Candanoza.

Cristina accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior in April of 1972 and was an active member of Iglesia Bautista El Calvario.

She was an avid reader, gardener and amazing cook. Her passion was being of service to others.

Cristina is preceded in death by her parents Leocadio and San Juanita Candanoza; husband Carlos Del Bosque; grandson Erick Candanoza; seven sisters and two brothers.

She is survived by her children Eloy Candanoza, Jesus (Alma) Candanoza and Doris (Raul) Martinez; stepchildren Martha Stekoll, Lilia Herrera, Sara Kouba and Jesus Del Bosque; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; two brothers and numerous relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, June 1, 2018 from 10 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a worship service scheduled for 7:00 p.m. Friday evening in the East Chapel at Darling-Mouser Funeral Home. The Funeral service is scheduled for 12 Noon on Saturday, June 2nd at Darling-Mouser Funeral Home. Committal services will follow at Buena Vista Burial Park.

Eloy Candanoza, Eloy Candanoza Jr, Erick Candanoza Jr, Raul Martinez, Daniel Martinez, Ricardo Saldivar, Salomon Saldivar, and Carlos del Bosque are honored to be serving as Cristina's pallbearers.
