Dalila Flores Silva, 42, of Brownsville, entered into eternal rest on October 31, 2007 at Valley Regional Medical Center.

Dalila is survived by her loving husband, David Silva, a daughter, Daisy Dalila Cavazos, a son, Derek Silva, three step-sons, David Silva, Jr., Ricky Silva, Charles Silva, a grandson, Eduardo Cavazos, a granddaughter, Natalie D. Cavazos, her parents, Ramiro and Sofia Flores, six brothers, Juan Carmela Flores, Fidencio Lilia Flores, Jaime Guadalupe Flores, Daniel Maria del Rosario Flores, Fernando Adriana Flores and Marcos Ruby Flores, six sisters, Guadalupe Jose Carlos Cuellar, Angelica Ausencio Aguilar, Sylvia Clemente Rodriguez, Olivia F. Roberto Blanco, Esperanza Reynaldo Flores, and Iris Avelardo Flores, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will begin, Friday, November 2, at 2p.m., with a prayer service to begin at 7:30p.m., in the chapel of Darling-Mouser Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 10a.m., Saturday, November 3, in the chapel of Darling-Mouser Funeral Home with burial to follow to San Pedro Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be her brothers.
