David A. Banks, 77, passed away April 4, 2008 at his home in Brownsville, TX. He is survived by his wife, Loretta Irene, 3 sons, 4 daughters, 22 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and 2 sisters. As per Mr. Banks wishes he will be cremated and will be having a private service in Sioux Falls, South Dakota at a later date.
