Dominga B. Garcia

Dominga B. Garcia, 106, entered into eternal rest on Monday, November 28, 2016 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born in San Luis Potosi, Mexico.
Mrs. Garcia was preceded in death by her husband, Silvestre Garcia; her parents, Cecilio and Maria Beltran; her sisters, Cruz Hernandez and Sister Natividad Beltran Torres of the Convent La Cruz del Sagrado Corazon de Jesus; her children, Felicitas Vallejo, Gloria Garcia and Maria del Pilar Garcia; her brothers, Sotero Beltran, Luis Beltran and Felix Beltran; and by 5 grandchildren.
Left to eternally treasure their memories of her are her 7 children: Guadalupe Galvan (Nieves+), Josefina Zuniga (Javier+), Carolina Rosas (Jose Gabriel), Maria Raquel Garcia (John S.+), Maria Rosario Briones (Carlos+), Jesus Garcia and Jose Elijio Garcia (Mary). Also surviving are her sister, Vicenta Rios; 32 grandchildren, 60 great-grandchildren and 15 great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 30, 2016 with the recitation of the holy rosary at 7:00 p.m. in the East Chapel at Darling-Mouser Funeral Home.

Funeral mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, December 1, 2016 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 555 W. St. Francis St. with interment to follow at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Garcia's family would like to acknowledge and wonderful care afforded to Mrs. Marcia and would like to extend their sincere appreciation to Dr. Francis Gumbel and staff, Gentiva Hospice and the nursing staff at Angeles Home Health Care.
