Eliseo L. Garcia, 76, entered into eternal rest on Friday, May 20, 2016, at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Brownsville, Texas.


Eliseo is preceded in death by his wife Elvia and his parents, Rafael Garcia and Andrea Tapia Perez ; sister, Lucy Cortez and brother, Rafael Garcia, Jr.

Eliseo is survived by his daughter; Elaine L. Garcia and son, Eliseo L. Garcia; 5
Grandchildren: Danielle Rodriguez, Bianca Garcia, Eliseo L. Garcia, Richard Garcia and Amanda Garcia; 2 great-grandchildren: Olivia Dean and Harvey Dean and 2 brothers: Jose Garcia , Feliciano Garcia and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 25 and continue through 8:00 p.m. in the evening at Darling-Mouser Funeral Home with a rosary to begin at 7:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. May 26, 2016 at Immaculate Conception Cathedral.
