Frances was a graduate of Brownsville High and worked as a Nurse’s Assistant (LVN) at Valley Baptist Medical Center for forty-four years before finally retiring. She enjoyed sharing stories of her time there in the emergency room and at the nursery with the newborn babies. Frances always spoke fondly of her love for her pets.  She had her dog (Fido), her cat (Bonnie) and even a pet chicken (Snow White). We will remember her fondly for her energy, her love for her work at the hospital and her love for animals.

Frances is survived by her son, George Henry Wagner; in addition to numerous extended family.

Visiting hours will be held on Saturday, the 30th of March 2024 between the hours of ten o’clock in the morning and twelve noon, with the recitation of the holy rosary to begin at half past eleven o'clock in the morning, followed by a chapel service at twelve noon within the East Chapel of Darling-Mouser Funeral Home. Interment will then follow, via an escorted procession, at Buena Vista Burial Park, 5 McDavitt Boulevard, Brownsville.
