Hermelinda Jauregui

Hermelinda Jauregui, 82, passed away on Saturday, September 8, 2018, in Brownsville, Texas surrounded by her loving family.

She was preceded in death by her former husband, Ignacio Jauregui; parents, Salome and Maria del Refugio Quezada; brothers Isauro Quezada, Salome Quezada, Jesus Quezada, and Colmano Quezada; and sister, Bernice Quezada.

Hermelinda is survived by her children Ignacio Jauregui, Jr. (Norma Dominguez), Iris Jauregui, and Alberto Jauregui (Liu Liu); brothers Leobardo Quezada, Dagoberto Quezada, and Baltazar Quezada; sisters Baudelia Quezada, Sylvia Quezada, Tita Quezada, and Josefina Quezada; and seven grandchildren as well as two great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Monday, September 10, 2018, with a Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m. in the East Chapel of Darling-Mouser Funeral Home. The Funeral Mass is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 11, 2018, at Christ the King Catholic Church, with committal services to follow at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens.
