BROWNSVILLE, TX. - John Steve Walker entered into eternal rest on Friday, the 7th of August 2026 at his residence in Brownsville, Texas. He was 78 years of age.

Visiting hours will be held on Saturday, the 22nd of August 2026, beginning at four o'clock in the afternoon, with a Celebration of Life service to begin at six o'clock Saturday evening within the East Chapel of Darling-Mouser Funeral Home. All services will conclude Saturday evening.
