Joe was preceded in death by his parents, Dominga and Silvestre Garcia and 3 sisters: Maria Pilar Garcia, Felicitas G. Vallejo, and Gloria Garcia.
Left behind to eternally treasure their memories of him is his loving wife of 28 years, Mary Guerra Garcia; his children: Patricia Garcia (Joel) Reyes, Rowena Garcia, Joe (Alicia) Carrillo, Marisol Carrillo and Guadalupe (Laura) Carrillo III; and 6 grandchildren that were his pride and joy: Jose Michael Carrillo Jr., Mason Carrillo, and Roman Ezequiel Carrillo, Samantha Esquivel, and Camila Carrillo.
