Matilde H. Solitaire

Mrs. Matilde H. Solitaire, 86, of Brownsville, entered into eternal rest at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Brownsville on May 14, 2016. She was a native and lifetime resident of Brownsville.

She was preceded in death by a son, Aaron Solitaire, her parents Ramon Hernandez and Guadalupe G. Hernandez, a brother, Guadalupe Hernandez and 2 sisters, Concepcion H. Almazar and Eloisa H. Martindale.

She is survived by her son, Carlos Solitaire, Jr. and other family members.

Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 18, 2016 with the recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7 p.m. in the East Chapel at Darling-Mouser Funeral Home.

Funeral mass will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, May 19, 2016 at Christ the King Catholic Church with interment to follow at Buena Vista Burial Park.
