Myrtle Gianfala
Myrtle Honey Gianfala, 98, passed away Monday, September 5, 2011, to be with our Lord. She was born September 26, 1912, in Glencoe, La to Arthur and Flavia Habert. She was a resident of Brownsville since 1948, and was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church.
Mrs. Gianfala was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Augustus Gus Gianfala in 1989 and her two brothers.
She is survived by her very close friend, Margarita Maggie Galvan of Brownsville.
Visitation will be from 9am to 12noon Thursday September 8, 2011 at DarlingMouser Funeral Home with a graveside service at 1 p.m. at Buena Vista Burial Park Mausoleum.
