Simon Eduardo Izaguirre

Simon Eduardo Izaguirre, 50, of Brownsville, passed away at Valley Baptist Medical CenterBrownsville on Tuesday, April 27, 2010.

Mr. Izaguirre was a well respected engineer for over 25 years, having worked 18 years here in the valley, most recently for IdealTridon, Inc. of Matamoros.
Born in Caracas, Venezuela, he became a U.S. citizen while here in the valley. He is best remembered by all for his love of music, most especially Salsa and Merengue.

Preceding him in death were his parents, Luis Alfredo Izaguirre and Gladys Hernandez de Izaguirre.

Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth Izaguirre children, Kathryn Michael Noriega, Victoria Izaguirre and Rebecca Izaguirre a brother, Alfredo Izaguirre and a niece, Mayela Izaguirre.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, May 1, 2010 in the East Chapel of DarlingMouser Funeral Home. His family invites friends to gather at the family home following the service.
